A Legal Disclaimer

Welcome to Swar Strings Academy ("we", "our", or "us"). By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you ("student", "parent/guardian", or "user") agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

  • All students must complete the official registration process before joining any course or class.

  • For students under 18, enrollment must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Admission is subject to availability, suitability, and acceptance by the Academy.

2. Class Structure and Attendance

  • Classes are conducted as per the agreed schedule—either offline, online (via Zoom, Google Meet, etc.), or hybrid.

  • Students are expected to attend classes regularly and punctually.

  • If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, prior notice must be given. Missed classes may not be rescheduled unless in special cases (e.g., medical emergencies) and at the academy’s discretion.

3. Fees and Payments

  • All course and class fees must be paid in full as per the fee structure shared at the time of enrollment.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.

  • Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of classes.

  • Accepted payment modes include UPI, bank transfers, cash, or third-party gateways (with applicable convenience fees).

4. Class Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If the Academy cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, technical issues), a makeup class will be scheduled.

  • In case of public holidays, classes may be pre-informed and rescheduled where possible.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed classes due to personal reasons unless previously agreed.

5. Student Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain respectful, cooperative behavior during sessions, whether online or offline.

  • Disruptive, abusive, or unethical behavior may result in warnings, suspension, or termination from the program.

  • For online classes, students must ensure a quiet, well-lit environment and stable internet for effective learning.

6. Technology and Platform Usage

  • Students are responsible for having access to the necessary devices and internet connectivity for online learning.

  • Technical issues on the student’s side (e.g., low bandwidth, device malfunction) will not be considered valid reasons for class rescheduling.

7. Amendments and Updates

Swar Strings Academy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be communicated via our official channels or posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we strive to provide a safe and enriching learning environment, Swar Strings Academy is not liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage occurring during classes or academy events.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of minors during offline sessions and events.

9. Certification and Progress

Certificates of participation or completion may be issued at the end of specific courses, workshops, or programs at the discretion of the academy.

Progress depends on consistent attendance, practice, and active participation.
